Our Last Day At Walt Disney World

Friday - January 16th 2015

Today was our last full day at Disney World and we spent it at Disney's Hollywood Studios and in the evening at EPCOT. At first we wanted to make full use of the Extra Magic Hours in the morning, but unlike Disneyland Paris, where everything is in walking distance, we had to take the transportation system and that can take a while, especially in the morning. Once we arrived at the park, Claudia and I headed to the Pixar Studios to check the waiting time for Toy Story Mania, but unfortunately it had already reached 60 minutes. So we walked over to Star Tours because of our Fastpass reservation. There the queue was very short and so we did it twice in a row.

Since we still had some time left until our next Fastpass for the Tower of Terror, we did One Man's Dream again, because last time we only saw the movie about Walt Disney's life, but didn't have enough time for the exhibition. After the Tower of Terror we decided to have lunch at Toy Story Pizza Planet. There they offer a cheeseless pizza and it was quite good. Today we wanted to go to EPCOT one more time and so, after riding Rock'n'Roller Coaster, we left the park and returned to the hotel. There we relaxed a bit at the pool and in the late afternoon we took the bus to our favourite Disney park.

Back at the Hotel

First we had nachos with guacamloe and a beer at La Cantina in Mexico. Afterwards we just walked around World Showcase and in Japan we got sushi and edamame. In the United Kingdom we got another beer and watched British Revolution one last time. Then it was time to say goodbye and we returned to the hotel, where we enjoyed one last drink at the River Roost bar.
