Our Last Day At Tokyo Disney Resort
Thursday - September 20th 2018
Unfortunately today was already our last day at Tokyo Disney Resort and we decided to spend it at Tokyo DisneySea again. Once inside the park we got fastpasses for Journey to the Centre of the Earth and then we walked straight to Indiana Jones Adventure, our favourite attraction at Tokyo DisneySea. Thanks to low crowds yet, we got to ride it twice. What a great start! Afterwards our fastpass was already valid, but on the way to Mysterious Island we passed by Raging Spirits and noticed the short line. Raging Spirits was basically the same rollercoaster like Indiana Jones and the Temple of Peril at Disneyland Paris, just themed differently. Nonetheless it was a lot of fun. Back at Mysterious Island we redeemed our fastpasses and visited the centre of the earth with all its creatures once again.

Around noon we got hungry and decided to get the vegan curry at Casbah Food Court once again. On the way we got in line for Sindbad's Storybook Voyage, because we wanted to see Chandu, the little tiger, one last time. Afterwards we had lunch and then we gave King Triton's Concert at Mermaid Lagoon a try. I didn't like the show at all, because the singing non-animated mermaids on the screens felt so out of place in a theatre using the animated characters from the movie. Luckily due to technical problems the show had to be cancelled half way through. On the way out Castmembers handed out a ticket which we could use at smaller attractions. We used it at Flounder's Flying Fish coaster next door.

After that "thrilling" coaster ride we needed a beer and so we walked over to American Waterfront. I really liked the fact, that Japanese visitors walked around the park with their beers in their hands. So we did the same. Unfortunately the weather changed and soon it started to rain. Since we didn't want to leave the park yet, we decided to check out Magellan's Lounge inside the Fortress. The lounge was beautiful and is now my second favourite Disney bar after Cafe Fantasia at Disneyland Paris. At Magellan's Lounge we enjoyed a couple of drinks and before we left the park for good, we got the vegan curry one last time at Casbah Food Court. On the way out we bought some souvenirs and then it was time to say goodbye to the most beautiful Disney park.
