Our Days Inn Hotel also offered breakfast, but we had to go to a nearby restaurant. After a hearty breakfast we took the tram into the city. First we went to the
Eaton Center, a huge shopping center, where the girls couldn't resist to do some shopping.

Later it was time for the
Hockey Hall of Fame and I can really recommend to go there, it was very interesting and informative. Even the girls enjoyed it, and that means something.

After we had been to a free exhibition about the best World Press Pictures at the Allen Lambert Galleria, we decided to take the boat to the Toronto Islands. The
Toronto Islands are a nice and quite place to spend some time away from the busy city. I guess the islands are a popular recreational destination for the locals. We spent several hours there and in the late afternoon we returned to our hotel to get ready for the evening.

For dinner we chose a wonderful restaurant in the Italian Village, called
Langolino. There we had a delicious dinner, but the best thing was, that the restaurant offered Austrian
Stiegl beer. Of course we had to get one. Afterwards we strolled around the Italian Village and checked out the many different stores before returning to out hotel.
