Arriving In Cleveland
Friends from home came to visit us
for two weeks and of course we had to show them more than Bowling
Green.Since we only had the weekends for the trips, the destinations
shouldn't be too far away, because we wanted to go there by car.For our
first trip we chose to go to
Cleveland, Ohio, which was just two hours away from Bowling Green.
Friday - September 14th 2007
Friday after school we were on our way to Cleveland where we arrived in the evening. First we had to find our hotel, which was in the suburbs of the city. We stayed in a
Days Inn Hotel and it was really fine. The rooms were nice, clean and included a TV, we even had breakfast there. After checking in we drove into the city, because we wanted to have dinner at the
Hard Rock Cafe.
For our friends it was the first time to be at a Hard Rock Cafe and I'm
sure they enjoyed it a lot. We all had burgers and beers, except me, I
had to drive. Then we checked out the area around the
Tower City Center and had a few drinks in some bars, before we returned to our hotel.
