Japan 2025 - Part 15

TeamLab Planets Tokyo

Our last full day in Japan started with breakfast at Starbucks before taking the metro to TeamLab Planets Tokyo. We arrived a little bit early and so we just strolled around the harbour area until it was time to enter thw queue line. Although we boufght our tickets online in advance we still had to wait to get in. TeamLab Planets Tokyo is an immersive digital art museum in Toyosu, Tokyo, where visitors walk barefoot through interactive art installations. The museum was really impressive, however  they let too many people into the art installations and so the guest experience was sometimes not the best due to the huge crowds. Afterwards we had a reservation at Vegan Ramen UZU, where it's only possible to eat with a valid ticket to TeamLab Planets. The ramen were probably the best we have ever had. The experience was also really cool, becuase we had to eat our ramen in almost complete darkness.

After lunch at Vegan Ramen UZU we took the train back into the inner city and got off in Ginza. There we stopped at Sapporo The Bar, where our Japan vacation started two weeks ago. So we came full circle since today was our last day before returning home. We got two delicious Sapporo draft beers and then we checked out some of the stores in Ginza like Uniqlo or Don Quijote. Later we purchased our tickets for Narita Express tomorrow and then we got some snacks, drinks and sandwiches for dinner in our room. Back at the hotel we packed our luggage and enjoyed a relaxed last evening watching TV.
