Visiting The Grand Canyon

Today we planned to go to the
Grand Canyon. We booked a bus tour and early in the morning we were picked up at our hotel. The first stop of the bus tour was at the
Hoover Dam. Unfortunately people weren't allowed anymore to take a tour through the damm. So we made some pictures and soon we were on our long way to Arizona again.

On the way the tour guide gave us all the informations about the Hoover Damm and the Grand Canyon. We also had the opportunity to watch some documentations on TV. For lunch we stopped at a buffet restaurant on the way. It was okay, but nothing special.

Unfortunately the weather got worse and when we arrived at the canyon, it was snowing, raining and you couldn't see anything of the canyon. You can imagine that we were very disappointed. We had a coffee at the visitor center and afterwards we were on our way back home.
