Universal's Volcany Bay
Wednesday - April 6th 2022
Today we visited our first waterpark. After breakfast we just walked out our
hotel building, turned around the croner and stood in front of the side
entrance of
Volcano Bay, Universal's waterpark. A couple of minutes later we were inside and got our
Tapu Tapu wristbands, which we needed to pay our make reservations for our
rides inside the park. Once we chose our lounge chairs we headed straight into
the water. First we tried the wavepool then it was time for the slides and the
Fearless River. To relax afterwards we got a beer at the Dancing Dragons
Bar.

For lunch we stopped at one of the restaurants the park has to offer. We both
ordered the veggie burger with fries, which was nothing special but quite
alright. Now we were ready for more attractions, like the Aqua Coaster or the
lazy river. Of course we also got to ride more slides. In the afternoon we had
to get ice cream and more beers at the Dancing Dragons Bar. The rest of the
day we spent just wandering around the park, hitting the wave pool and
relaxing in our lounge chairs. Back at the hotel we had dinner at the food
court, browsed the merchandise store and spent the rest of the evening packing
our luggage, because tomorrow we left Universal Orlando for Walt Disney
World.
