Today was already our last day at the Universal themeparks. After breakfast we
walked to the parks and started our day at Universal's Islands of Adventure.
We wanted to give Hagrid's Motorbike Adventure a try, but the line was already
so long, we skipped it and did Velocicoaster instead, which was walk on. Then
we headed over to Hogsmeade to get a Butterbeer. I really don't get the hype,
because it didn't taste that great. Now it was time for coffee and so we
walked to Starbucks near the entrance.

After our iced coffee at Starbucks we got in line for Skull Island - Reign of
Kong, which was quite enjoyable. It was basically the same attraction as Fast
& Furious, just with another theme. Today we just wanted to spend a
relaxing day at the parks and so we decided to get a beer at Hog's Head Pub at
Hogsmeade. From the pub's terrace we had great view at Velocicoaster while
enjoying our beer.

For lunch we wanted to go to Leaky Cauldron again and that meant we had to
leave Islands of Adventure for Universal Studios. Of course Claudia and I both
got the delicios vegan Shepherd's Pastry Pie. Since it was very warm today and
crowds were really huge, we decided to return to the hotel and rest a bit. On
the way back we stopped at Voodoo Donoughts to buy some goodies for later.
After resting in our room we stopped at the hotel's Starbucks for coffee and
ate our amazing Voodoo donuts.

Later in the afternoon we walked back to Universal CityWalk. There we got
drinks at a Mexican Bar before heading into Universal Studios for the evening.
Since the Mardi Gras Festival was still going on, we got a couple of drinks
and different dishes from the various food booths throughout the park. Many
visitors had already left the park and so it was a very relaxing atmosphere.
We didn't do any attractions, we just walked around the park enjoying our
drinks until returning to the hotel.
