Our Last Day
Friday - March 29th 2013
Our last day started again early due to the Extra Magic Hours. After we left the train station we had to go to Starbucks for a good cup of coffee first.

Once inside Disneyland we took some pictures of Main Street USA and Sleeping Beauty Castle and then headed to Discoveryland to ride Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast and Space Mountain: Mission 2.

Over at Fantasyland we paid one last visit to the dragon. Since it was our last day, we wanted to ride Peter Pan's Flight, but again technical difficulties. I think the ride was fine, but Disney just didn't want to open it, because during the rest of the day there weren't any problems. However people lined up and the queue was already really long, so we decided to go through Alice's Curious Labyrinth instead. From the Queen of Heart's Castle we had a nice view over Fantasyland.

After the park opened to all guests we walked to Pirates of the Caribbean. It's always fantastic to join the pirates on a boat ride through the Caribbean.

Like yesterday we had a 11:30am reservation at Agrabah Cafe, but before we just walked through Frontierland and enjoyed the atmosphere. Today Legends of the Wild West, that's a walk through the Fort at the entrance, was open and of course we had to check it out, because during our last visits we always forgot to do so.

After riding the Indiana Jones coaster it was time for our reservation. The food was delicious again and it's definitely worth to give it a try.

We decided to walk over to the Walt Disney Studios Park. We got a Fastpass for Tower of Terror, but since the lines weren't that bad, we queued. It took some time before the Fastpass was valid and so we rode Rock'n'Roller Coaster with no music and did the Studio Tram Tour featuring Catastrophe Canyon.

Now it was time for Tower of Terror again. Before we left the Studios, Toy Story Playland was on the agenda and since the waiting time for RC Racer was only 15 minutes, we gave it a try. unfortunately while queueing the ride broke down, but only a few minutes later it was back on. I have to admit, that this ride was not that bad. Actually I enjoyed it, despite its look and theming.

It was our last day and so we wanted to do something special and that's why we had some cocktails at the Cafe Fantasia again. We just fell in love with that bar. Disney isn't just about rides and attractions, but also about great restaurants, fantastic bars and wonderful hotels.

Today we skipped King Ludwig's Castle and entered the Disneyland Park again. Before it was time to say good bye, we wanted to do some rides. Unfortunately Big Thunder Mountain broke down and so we rode Phantom Manor and Indiana Jones twice.

Like nearly every day we had dinner at Earl of Sandwich and after we bought some souvenirs at the World of Disney Store, like pins, magnets and a book, we took the RER back to Val D'Europe.
Returning Home
Saturday - March 30th
We packed our belongings, checked out and then we bought some groceries at the Auchan Supermarket before we hit the highway. Nine hours and a break at Burger King later, we were back home.
