Barcelona
Sunday - October 24th 2021
After breakfast we took the metro to
Park Güell, because we had purchased tickets for today. We arrived at one of the side
entrances and so we took a walk through the beautiful park towards the main
entrance. There we wanted to get a cup of coffee at the coffee house, but
there were already so many people that we decided to keep our visit short and
head back to the side entrance where we came from. Back in the city we had
lunch at Burger King, where we both got the vegan Long Chicken Burger
again.

In the afternoon we took the train to the cable car that took us on top of
Mount Tibidabo. From there we had to catch a bus running to the small
themepark and to the Sagrat Cor Church. First we visited the beautiful church
that is overlooking Barcelona and then we just strolled through the themepark
located on the mountainside of Mout Tibidabo. Entrance was free, but tickets
were needed for the rides. We didn't try any attractions, since it was very
crowded and so the ticket price wasn't worth for us. Instead we had an ice
cream and then we returned back to the city.

Since it was already evening we searched for a tapas bar in the old town of
Barcelona. Soon we found
Teller De Tapas and luckily
a table was available. We ordered all vegan options on the menu and of course
we got sangria as well. The food was so delicious that we ordered a second
round of various dishes. That was by far our favourite meal during the whole
trip. Unfortunately today was already our last evening in Barcelona and so we
spent the evening at our favourite bar in Barcelona ordering a couple of
drinks.
