Malta 2026 - Part 6

St. Julian's And Sliema

Wednesday - April 15th 2026

Today after breakfast we ordered a Bolt taxi and then we were on our way to St. Julian's, a touristic town near Valletta in the north of the island. From there we wanted to take a walk along the promenade towards Sliema. First we stopped at Palazzo Spinola before continuing our walk to the yacht harbour. From there we walked to Spinola Bay, where we found a lovely bar with a beautiful view over the bay. There we got a couple of drinks and enjoyed the lovely weather while watching people passing by. The walk along the promenade was really nice and after a coffee at the Surfrider Cafe we reached Sliema.

Around noon we arrived at The Point Shopping Mall where we wanted to get something to eat for lunch. At the shopping mall's food court we came across a lovely Italian quick service restaurant and so we decided to try the pizza slices and arancini. After checking out the shops we headed out again, took a quick view on Valletta's skyline and soon we took a Bolt taxi back to Rabat. The rest of the afternoon we spent at the pool before getting drinks at the hotel bar and having dinner at pizzeria Agata.
