Cesky Krumlov Castle
Sunday - August 25th 2024
Our last day started with breakfast, which was better than yesterday, but
still nothing to write home about and then we checked out, but left our
luggage in the storage room, because we wanted to visit the
State Castle of Cesky Krumlov. Since it wasn't crowded yet, we started with the museum and the castle
tower from where we had an amazing view over the old town. Then we just
strolled around the castle courtyards and headed back into the city.

Back in the old town we paid a visit to the
Egon Schiele Art Centrum. The museum was about the art and life of the famous Austrian painter during
his time in Cesky Krumlov. Afterwards we stopped at the same bakery like
yesterday to get a second breakfast. We both had coffee and cake, but we
should have sticked to the croissants we had yesterday, because the cakes we
just okay. Before leaving Cesky Krumlov we checked out the church. On the way
back to Salzburg we stopped at my sister's house for a short family visit.
