Disney's Animal Kingdom
Wednesday - April 13th 2022
After we got up, we took the bus to Animal Kingdom, where we just arrived in
time for the extra magic time for Disney hotel guests. We started our day at
Dinoland USA with Triceratopspin followed by Dinosaur, a wild ride into
prehistoric times to find a certain dinosaur. Afterwards it was time for
breakfast at Starbucks, where we got croissants and coffee.

Once we finished our coffees it was time for our Lightning Lane ticket for
Flight of Passage. This time I enjoyed that amazing attraction even more than
the first time, it was just incredible. Then we just strolled around the park
and walked through the Maharaja Jungle Trek before boarding the Wildlife
Express Tain to Rafiki's Planet Watch and to the conservation station. There
we watched the examination of some animals until we had to take the train back
to the main park in order to catch our reservation for Na'vi River Journey.
Afterwards we had lunch at Satu'li Canteen and of course we ordered the Crispy
Tofu Bowl again. For dessert we stopped in Dinoland USA for ice cream and then
we returned to the hotel to spend some time at pool, because Animal Kingdom
got really crowded.

In the evening we headed to Disney Springs for dinner at City Works Eatery
& Pour House. Claudia and I both had the Impossible Burger, which was so
delicious. Then we got some beers and just walked around Disney Springs to
check out the shops and do some shopping. Before we returned to Pop Century we
tried a purple donut, but for my taste it was way too sweet.
