Hong Kong Disneyland
Monday - June 18th 2019
Hong Kong Disneyland didn't open before 10am, so we slept in and then we took the shuttle bus to the park. We arrived early, because Disney Hotel guests were allowed to enter half an hour before the regular day guests. That gave us plenty of time to get a coffee at Starbucks. Once the first lands opened for the guests, we headed straight to Tomorrowland to ride Ant-Man & The Wasp. After helping Ant-Man to defeat the nano robots, we got in line for Iron Man Experience to help another Marvel hero to fight evil enemies. In the meantime the rest of the park opened, but first we had to ride Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain.

Our first stop was Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Train in Grizzly Gulch. Unfortunately there was already a long line forming, but to our surprise the queue moved quickly. Although it was a Monday the crowds were bigger than yesterday, so we decided to an early lunch at Explorers Club before the lines in the restaurants got too long. Claudia got a soup with mushrooms and it tasted really terrible. I on the other hand ordered the Indian curry with samosas and that was actually pretty good. Afterwards we visited Lord Henry Mystic in his Manor and then we headed over to Toy Story Land. We love RC Racer in Paris and of course we had to get on it in Hong Kong as well. Later we just strolled around Fantasyland, checked out the shops and then we did it's a small world. In the afternoon we did some shopping on Main Street and before we returned to the hotel to take a break, we had an iced coffee at Starbucks.

After we got to rest a bit, we were on our way back to the park. Usually Grizzly Gulch, Mystic Point and Toy Story Land closed earlier than the rest of the park and so we headed straight to Grizzly Mountain Runaway Mine Train and then onward to Mystic Manor. Once the lands closed we got dinner at Starliner Diner in Tomorrowland. Claudia and I both had the veggie burger with fries again. Afterwards we rode Ant-Man & The Wasp and then we spent the rest of the evening walking around the park looking out for merchandise we might buy. When the park closed we didn't take the bus back to the hotel, instead we walked along the sea side promenade back to our hotel.
