Schaldming

Like in recent years we wanted to spend a weekend skiing in Schladming.
Usually we visited Schladming for our birthdays, but this year we had to come
a week earlier since it was pretty hard to find a nice hotel for a decent
price. When we arrived, we bought our tickets and then we hit the slopes. The
weather was lovely and the slopes were still in a good condition. Later we
stopped at our favourite bar for a drink before heading to the next ski
restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon we enjoyed the lovely weather and
before calling it a day, we checked out the rest of the ski resort. Back in
Schladming we got a drink at Hohenhaus Tenne while enjoying the last sunbeams on the terrace.

After a long skiing day we checked in into our hotel. This time we stayed at
Die Barbara just a couple of
minutes from the ropeway station. The hotel was okay, but nothing to write
home about. Since we were already a little bit hungry, we headed out into
the village to have dinner at restaurant
Stadtbräu. Then we just strolled through Schladming and checked out the shops. The
rest of the evening we spent partying at
Hohenhaus Tenne. Back at the hotel we just relaxed and watched TV.
