Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm
Sunday - January 21st 2024
Today was already the last day of our short skiing vacation. After breakfast
we packed our stuff and checked out. For today we planned to ski in the
Leogang area and so we had to drive a short distance to the ropeway station.
Like yesterday the weather was really nice and the slopes were also in a
fantastic condition. For lunch we stopped at restaurant
AsitzBräu, where we ordered their own beer that was brewed directly on the mountain.
We also got potatoe soup and enjoyed the sun on the restaurant's outdoor
terrace. In the afternoon the slopes got pretty icey and so we decided to
finish our day early, especially since we had to drive home for nearly two
hours as well. Before returning home we enjoyed a glass of beer at the Apres
Ski Bar celebrating that no one got hurt. Since we were hungy too, we also
ordered apple strudel and a yeast dumpling. Afterwards we hit the road and
drove back to Salzburg.
