Our Last Day
Friday - October 21st 2022
Our last day started with coffee at Starbucks and the we headed straight to
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, because rain was expected and we didn't want to
do the wildest ride in the wilderness in the rain. Right after we came out of
the station it started to pour down. So we decided to walk over to
Discoveryland to ride Space Mountain, but due to technical issues with the
rollercoaster we ended up doing Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast. Space Mountain was
still closed and so we got breakfast at Cable Car Bake Shop instead.
Afterwards we were finally able to experience Star Wars Hyperspace Maountain
before traveling to the Star Wars universe with Star Tours.

Luckily the rain disappeared and the sun came out again. So it was back to
Frontierland and thanks to the short wait time for Phantom Manor we got in
line. After that classic Disney attraction we did Indiana Jones and the Temple
of Peril while the weather was still good. Next up was Pirates of the
Caribbean and then it was time for lunch at Toad Hall, where we both the
ordered vegan fish and chips. For dessert we stopped at the Old Mill to get a
Halloween inspired snack, which was okay. Then we watched the Halloween Parade
on Main Street before leaving the park for Walt Disney Studios.

Halloween Parade

In the Studios we started with a ride on Tower of Terror and the we just
browsed through the shops and bought some merchandise. The park was really
crowded and so we returned to the hotel to rest a bit. Later we stopped at the
Sports Bar in Disney Village for drinks and nachos. We didn't really want to
head back to the crowded parks and so we decided to get more drinks at the
Skyline Bar. For dinner we went to Casey's Corner for vegan hot dogs before
calling it a day and heading back to the hotel.

Returning Home
Saturday - October 22nd 2022
After we got up and packed our belongings we checked out and hit the road. On
the way we stopped at a Starbucks for coffee and croissants. Back in Germany
lunch was at McDonalds and then we continued driving home to Austria, where we
arrived in the late afternoon.
