Disney's Hollywood Studios
Thursday - April 14th 2022
After we got up, we took the Skyliner to Disney's Hollywood Studios. There we
walked straight to Rock'n'Roller Coaster and to our surprise there was no line
at all. Unfortunately the queue at Tower of Terror was already very long and
so we decided to head over to Toy story Land where we rode the Alien Swirling
Saucers, a cute little ride, but I wouldn't wait longer than ten minutes for
it. Then we stopped at Starbucks for our breakfast coffee.

Now it was time for our Lightning Lane Tickets for Rise of the Resistance. We
got in line and soon we were in the middle of a battle against the First
Order. After we escaped the First Ordner, we had to get the Triple Suns
Breakfast Wrap at Ronto Roasters. Once we finished our second breakfast,
Claudia and I just strolled around the park to see what to do next. At Walt
Disney One Man's Dream the next showing was about to begin and so we watched
the fascinating movie about his life and the company he founded.

Walt Disney One Man's Dream |
Around noon we had a reservation for the Cantina, but we still had some time
to kill. Luckily the queue for for Mickey's Runaway Railway was rather short
and so we got to ride that wonderful attraction one last time. Claudia and I
are big fans of the animated Mickey Mouse short films and of course we had to
see the Vacation Fun short film. Additionally it helped us escaping the hot
weather. Needless to say we loved that cute Mickey Mouse short.

Now it was finally time for our reservation at the Cantina. Today we had to
wait a little bit until our table was finally ready, but soon we got to enjoy
our cocktails and beers. After a couple of drinks we got hungry and stopped at
Docking Bay 7 for a late lunch. Like last time we ordered the Felucian Garden
Spread with Impossible Meatballs. Since the Studios got so crowded, we decided
to say our goodbyes to the park and to return to our hotel. Back at the Pop
Century Resort we spent the rest of the day at the pool, enjoyed a couple of
ice cold beers and had dinner at the hotel's food court. In the evening we
took a walk along Hour Glass Lake and paid a visit to Disney's Art of
Animation Resort before calling it a day.
