More Wine
Saturday - August 4th 2012
On
Saturday we decided to hike around the vineyards, but first we had
breakfast and then we did some grocery shopping. We walked to a nearby
look-out from where we had a great view over all the vineyards. After we
paid a visit to the little village nearby, we got hungry and strolled
back to the wince cellar. Usually red wine goes with pasta, but due to
the hot weather we decided to have a cold white wine instead.

In the afternoon we drove to
Grafenegg Castle where we visited the so called
Vinothegg.
That's some kind of bar where people can taste different wines from the
area. For 6 Euros we could try six wines. The good thing was that we
weren't accompanied by someone from the Vinothegg, instead we could try
the wines on our own. But before the wine tasting we walked around the
beautiful castle gardens.

Back at the wine cellar, we got
ready for the evening and later we had dinner at a local wine tavern.
After we returned, we opened another bottle and watched the thunderstorm
in the distance.
Sunday - August 5th 2012
On Sunday after breakfast we cleaned the cellar, packed our belongings and soon we were on our way back to Salzburg.
