Hallstätter See

Today we booked a boat tour on Lake Hallstatt and that meant we had to get up
early. First a bus brought us to a small village called Obertraun. There we
boarded the traditional flat boat that took us on beautiful early morning boat
tour accross the lake to the UNESCO World Heritage Site Hallstatt.
Unfortuantely we didn't get off the boat, we only got to see the marvelous
village from the boat. Since we had already been to Hallstatt before, it was
okay. Back in Obertraun the real highlight of the tour was about to happen.
The hotel organized a wonderful breakfast by the lake, which was great since
the sun was coming out and it got pretty warm.

Back at the hotel we relaxed by the pool, spent some time at the gym and once
the rain started to fall, we enjoyed the spa area for the rest of the
afternoon. For a late lunch we stopped at the hotel restaurant for a salad and
fried pasta. After a relaxing afternoon it was time for dinner, which started
with falafel balls followed by a delicious creamy soup and sorbet before the
main course. I got cheese noodles and Claudia had a vegetable dish. For
dessert we both ordered a cake.
