Vienna
Saturday - June 5th 2021
After our bike trip we decided to spend a couple of days in Vienna. Saturday
morning after our Covid-19 test we hit the road towards Vienna where we
arrived around noon. We stayed at
Novotel Central Station
and once we found the hotel it was time for check in. Our room was on the
eleventh floor from where we had a great view over the railway station. Like
last year we booked the "Experience Your Capital City", which was established
to help Vienna's tourism to recover from the coronavirus pandemic, and
therefore we got a special rate and a goodie bag full of products from
Viennese companies.

After we unpacked our stuff we headed into the city for lunch at Swing
Kitchen. Two delicious burger later we got ice cream and then we did some
shopping. Since it was really warm today we had to stop at a rooftop bar for
drinks until we returned to our hotel. In the evening we went to Max &
Benitos for dinner and afterwards we got a couple of cocktails at the Hard
Rock Cafe.
