Disneyland Paris 2016 - Part 5

A Rainy Day

Thursday - September 15th 2016

Unfortunately the weather today was not as nice as the days before and so we slept in and arrived at the parks late. Firstly we got a coffee at Starbucks and then we headed to the studios. Our first stop was Tower of Terror followed by Rock'n'Rollercoaster. Today was perfect for indoor attractions and so we watched Cinemagique and Disneyland Paris' new show called Mickey and the Magician afterwards. Cinemagiques is one of my favourite Disney attractions, but I was really surprised how good Mickey and the Magician was. It might be one of Disney's best stage shows so far. Around noon we got a salad, fries and a beer for lunch at Restaurant En Coulisse and after Ratatouille we did the worst attraction in the park - the Studio Tram Tour. I don't know why it's still around, because it so boring.

Then it was time to leave the studios park and we walked over to Disneyland. Since the salad and the fries weren't so filling, we decided to try the Fuente Del Oro Restaurant in Frontierland. Claudia and I both ordered the Mexican rice and nachos with guacamole. Surprisingly everything was very tasty. After doing Phanton Manor, it started to rain again and so we escaped the bad weather with a bottle of wine at Cafe Fantasia in the Disneyland Hotel.

Later it was time for another round in the studios. We started with Rock'n'Rollercoaster and then we just strolled around the park, because the crowds were surprisingly big. After riding RC Racer we left the park and checked out the stores in Disney Village. There we also got some drinks at the Sports Bar and had dinner at the Earl again. Since the sky cleared we decided to stay in the parks to watch Disney Dreams. We still had some time to kill until Dreams started and so we we did Pirates of the Caribbean and Phantom Manor. Then Disney Dreams started and it was wonderful like in recent years. After that fantastic show, we left the park and took the shuttle back to the hotel.
