Wednesday - January 1st 2020
Claudia and I started the new year with a visit to the London Winter Wonderland. So after breakfast we took the train into the quiet city and headed to Oxford Street first, because Winter Wonderland wasn't open yet. There we stopped at the Disney Store and later at Starbucks for coffee. Now Winter Wonderland, which was basically just a fun fair, also opened its gates. First we just walked around the fair to check out all the different attactions, but we didn't try any of the rides. Since we got a little bit hungry, we bought a vegan hot dog and churros. Unfortunately it started to rain and so we decided to get a drink at the nearby Hard Rock Cafe Oxford Street. Later we had a late lunch at Tibits and then we headed back to Wandsworth, becuase the crowds were insane due to the New Year's Day parade. Back in Wandsworth we spent the evening at the Alma Pub.

Returning Home
Thursday - January 2nd 2020
After breakfast we were on our way to Gatwick Airport. There we still had some time to kill until departure and so we spent our remaining money at the airport bar. Unfortunately our flight back home was delayed because of the foggy weather in Munich. However, in the evening we finally arrived in Munich, but we still had to drive to Salzburg.
