Our Last Day At Europa Park
Tuesday - October 1st 2019
Today was already our last day at Germany's biggest themepark. After breakfast we headed into the park and walked straight to Bluefire. The line was non existent and so we did the ride twice in a row. Our goal for today was to ride all big coasters and to do some attractions we hadn't done yet. So our next stop was Silver Star, the other huge coaster in the park. Afterwards we got in line for Can Can Coaster in France and then we boarded Eurotower to get a bird's eye view of Europa Park.

Then we just strolled around the park and went over to the United Kingdom area. There we did a kiddie ride, but only because no one else was queueing. Since it was the end of September Halloween Season was already in full swing and the park offered some haunted houses, Claudia wanted to try one. Usually I try to avoid thoese kind of attractions, but this time I was brave enough and joined her walking though the Bloody Mary Haunted House. It was okay and luckily not that frightening as expected. Afterwards it was time for a drink and so we stopped at our fabourite pub in Ireland.

After a couple of refreshing drinks we checked out Europa Park's newest area themed after the popular French movie "Arthur and the Minimois" by Luc Besson. The land was beautifully themed and the dark ride was also well done. Now it was already noon and since the hot dog quick service restaurant in Scandinavia was offering the vegan hot dogs again, we decided to go there for lunch. Once we finished our hot dogs, we got in line for Wodan, the huge and fast wooden coaster. Next was Switzerland with its two coasters called Swiss Bob Run and Matterhorn Blitz. Both rides were okay. Before we stopped for a Freestyle Coke at the Adidas Arena of Football, we did a relaxing boat ride.

Of course today we also got those delicious vegan churros. After we finished our snack, we decided to do Voletarium, Europa Park's Soarin', again. I really liked Voletarium and it definitely is one of the best attractions at Europa Park besides the three huge coasters. Our last ride for today was Silver Star and then we headed back to Scandinavia for vegan hot dogs for dinner. Before we left the park for good, we bought some souvenirs and a guidebook as a keepsake. In the evening we planned to get some drinks at one of the bars at the nearby Europa Park hotels, but none of the other bars appealed to us and so we decided to get our Sangria at the bar in our hotel.
